“People like us do things like this” is a Seth Godin phrase. He uses it fairly frequently, both on his blog, and in Akimbo, his podcast.
In one of the recent episodes of Akimbo, the sponsor was another podcast, called “People like us.” It’s a podcast that talked with people who have completed the altMBA program (another Seth Godin project).
Great idea, clever name…
…kind of.
I went to add the new podcast to my podcast app (Overcast), and there are at least 8 podcasts with that exact name (and one more that’s the full phrase!). Crowded market. I looked at all of the descriptions and recent episodes, and eventually found the correct one.
They need a subtitle or a name change! “People Like Us: Stories from the altMBA” maybe?
